At Kaleidospixs, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you've changed your mind about a product or are dissatisfied with it, I am happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Please bare in mind that all clothing are second chance items and therefore will vary in sizing and fit. Please check the measurements provided in the listings before purchase.

• Items must have original labels attached

• Items must not be worn or used

• Items must not show any signs of damage

• Proof of purchase (reciept or order confirmation) must be available

Once your return has been confirmed, please include your contact details with the return. I will confirm reciept of your returned item/s by email and a full refund of the item/s cost will be issued.

If you wish to make an exchange, items must be returned following the policy above. Once the item has been recieved, a seperate purchase can be made. Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of any exchanges made unless otherwise agreed.
