By placing an order through kaleidospixs.com, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. All clothing items are secondhand and therefore will vary in sizing and fit. Meaurements may be provided in the listings if appropriate, and will always be available on request before purchase.

2.All items that has not been personalised to the buyers preference may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receival by the buyer. The item must be returned before a refund will be given. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

2.2 Returns must be notified by e-mail to kaleidospixs@hotmail.com and returned with 14 days of the buyers receival of an unworn condition.

3. Every effort is made to ensure that accurate photographs are taken of the items for a real representation. Minimal editing is undertaken aiming to represent the true colours and patterns for your consideration.

 

4.As my second chance items have been previously loved, I cannot garentee that they have come from a pet free home. If you suffer from any allergies, please contact me prior to purchase.

5. For bespoke production timescales, please see individual listings.
5.1. On occasion, production may take a little longer than expected due to outside factors ie. sourcing the item in the correct size and style, or postal delays prior to dying. In this case the seller will inform the buyer of this.
5.2. It is the buyers responsibility to inform the seller if they need the item by a specified date, in advance to purchase, by e-mail to kaleidospixs@hotmail.com. In this case the seller will always strive to meet this demand and if I am unable to, I will let you know the options. 

Kaleidospixs operates under UK legislation and these terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
